ELA Digital Agendas
HAPPY SUMMER! Because I don't want you to lose all your smarts over the summer, you will have summer homework to keep your brain sharp and get it ready for 7th grade.
You will be reading Catherine, Called Birdy and completing the Aspects of Culture assignment (found on Google Classroom). You will be given a hard copy of the assignment in case you don't have access to the internet at any point during the summer. This assignment is due on the first day of school, August 7th. If it is late, it will not be accepted. This assignment will be your first grade for 7th grade ELA. If you have any questions about the assignment, please email Ms. Tharp at [email protected]. I will be checking my email throughout the summer. If you email, please allow 2 days for me to get back to you (I have summer plans, too! ;) ). If, for some reason, I don't respond after 2 days, email me back-- maybe I didn't get it. Also, I may send out announcements regarding the assignment, so please be sure to check your email. I will be checking in on your assignment periodically and leaving comments if necessary. Be sure you are checking the rubric as you work. Have a wonderful summer! See y'all in 7th grade!!
